Dear Sir/Madam,
We hope this correspondence finds you well, and thank you for your continued support of Saison Card/UC Card.

We are writing to you today to ask you to provide confirmation once again that the information we hold about you is up to date and correct.  This is being done as part of efforts to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, required by Japanese government and the international community, and to provide peace of mind and convenience when you use your credit card.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused but would be grateful if you could complete the enclosed Customer Information Confirmation Form and send it back to us in the enclosed reply envelope no later than December 31, 2023.

[Purpose of Confirmation]

In recent years, money laundering and terrorist financing have become recognized as issues which need to be tackled by Japan and the entire international community and the importance of measures to combat them has increased.
Bank transfer fraud using credit cards has become a frequent occurrence all around the world, including in Japan.  We would like to continue serving our customers by cooperating with the relevant ministries and agencies to implement a range of measures to prevent and eradicate criminal activity and work to maintain a sound financial system.
We ask you for your understanding and cooperation.

• The Customer Information Confirmation Form should be returned to us no later than December 31, 2023.
• Customers who do not return the form to us may be sent reminder letters.
• Your credit card may be restricted if you fail to return the form to us.
